This collection is so bright and fun, and makes me wish I was lounging poolside right about now. I’m most interested about how the formula for these shades turn out. In my experience, neons typically require several coats, and many have a matte finish.

UMMMMM YES PLEASE.  I need Hang-Ten Toes, Splish Splash, Ride The Waves and Surfin’ For Boys without a doubt in my mind.  I will probably buy others as well because once I see things in real life I black out with excitement and buy at least double the amount I should be…
